You’ll achieve success with a customer-first content strategy. Here’s what the process looks like.
Discovery Call
We'll schedule a 30-minute call where we'll discuss your content and business goals. A contract will be created based on our discussion and once that's signed, you'll be onboarded as a client.
Voice-of-Customer Research
I'll send out surveys to your customers and use their responses to identify five to eight customers to interview. I'm looking for three types of customers: highest value customers who're brand champions, customers who're in the middle, and those who aren't fans. I'll couple the insights from these interviews and survey responses with review mining and social listening to create a full-picture content strategy.
Keyword Research
I'll use the data gathered in step two to identify the right keywords for your content strategy.
Topic Cluster + Content Asset Framework
All the research will be used to create relevant topic clusters for blog articles and a content asset framework that includes other content assets relevant to your brand.
Content Strategy Execution
I'll work with your team to create, publish, repurpose, and distribute the content. If you don't have a team, I'll do the writing and work with my team to do the design and audiovisual work.
Data Tracking
I'll closely track the performance of the content assets we create to determine what needs to be tweaked and what's working.
